Dear Triangle Club Community,
The Triangle Club’s Board of Directors, reflecting on recent changes in COVID-19 guidance from both the CDC and DC officials, has determined that the clubhouse will officially reopen on June 11. We are as excited as everyone to welcome the community into the new space. A summary of key information for both individuals and meetings is provided here, and please refer to the FAQ for more detail – especially meeting trusted servants, who should also ensure at least one person attends the 12:30 pm Sunday, June 6 meeting on the topic of returning to the clubhouse.
1. Wearing masks will be required at the clubhouse.
2. Physical distancing will also be required at meetings, with chairs being marked to keep necessary distance among attendees.
3. The requirements above are out of an abundance of caution, given our community has a higher prevalence of individuals at risk for COVID, and given we’re navigating a return to a new space. These requirements will be revisited by the Board on July 15.
4. Before returning, each meeting’s trusted servants must complete this form to provide meeting info, select planned format, and agree that the conditions necessary to return to the physical space will be followed. It may be prudent to hold a business meeting / group conscience for this decision. Meetings will later be able to adjust their plan after they return.
5. The Triangle Club will provide television screens in each meeting room, and Wi-Fi access for trusted servants, to facilitate hybrid meetings. Meetings will be responsible for computers, cords, and meeting software.
6. Meeting rents will be handled with the Finance team as meetings return. The Club will be going cashless with the move (though meetings themselves may still collect cash if they wish).
7. There will be a Triangle Club-specific re-opening Zoom session on Sunday, June 6 at 12:30 pm (Meeting ID: 948 4328 9083; PW: 1638RSt). This is open to the entire community, but trusted servants are asked to have at least one person from the meeting attend to ensure the group is informed about how to return.

A reminder: this is an exciting time but also an unprecedented one; we will likely need to adapt as things evolve, but we will be ever vigilant in protecting the health and safety of our community.
